What Strix built for my business has kept us up and running even through the restrictions caused by COVID-19. Their team takes great care of us! Businesses are looking to cut expenses but Strix is on the list of must haves. They are worth every dime I spend. Now, 3 years and 5 team members later, I have been more than happy with the value I get from the Strix team. Most technical difficulties are taken care of in a matter of an hour. If the issue can’t be taken care of immediately, I am always kept in the loop as to what the status of the fix is. Downtime has been kept to a minimum and my team members have not had to worry about tech issues.
